Hello, I’m missing cards that were included in previously purchased bundles with the switch to the new standard. This applied to at least cards included in the Arthas Bundles but might not be limited to that. I would like to have my purchase cards reinstated as they were included in the bundles I’ve paid for.

How, exactly, do you know they are missing?
Are they missing from your COLLECTION? If so, are you sure you’re using the correct expansion filter?
Are they missing from a DECK? If so, were the missing cards part of the previous Core set? If so, then the issue is that the deck contained the Core version of those cards, which no longer exist. You can edit the deck and replace the missing Core cards with their original expansion versions.

Same here! Cards I bought and paid for, and were in my collection last night are completely gone!

This also happened to me.
I’m missing several cards: I noticed since they were part of some decks that now show missing cards. Specially Zilliax legendary golden is a painful one that I’ve been playing the mech deck with paladin recently but also some other are missing: 2x Golden Buccaneer, and golden nourish.
These are the ones I’m able to locate since they were part of some decks, I’m not sure if these are the only ones missing.

It’s missing from the deck because it was the Core version of Zilliax, which no longer exists.
The Core set was just updated for 2024, and Zilliax was removed. So the Core version of Zilliax is no longer in your collection.
Edit the deck, remove the nonexistent Core version of Zilliax, and replace it with the original Boomsday Project expansion version (assuming you own it).

And before people claim that cards they own got stolen from them : no they haven’t
You never owned any core set card, you only had unlocked the access to a group of cards (by class and rarity). Now that these cards have been moved out of core set you cannot access the core version of these cards, but since they’ve been replaced, you’ve gotten the access ot the replacement cards.

I am missing many cards from my decks and the collection. One of my decks is missing 13 cards. Some of these cards are core cards so I get that they’re gone, but why do I need to spend dust on so many cards I already owned?

At a quick glance I have many missing cards and quite a few of them are legendaries that for some reason I need to craft again?
Looks like all of the 13 were Core, not just some.
Because you did not OWN them; they were ON LOAN from Blizzard. They magically appeared in your collection a year ago, free to use for a year.
Today, Blizzard took those cards back and loaned you different ones.

Hi, you seem to know well how the yearly core rotation works. In my case, some golden versions of « leaving core » cards have diseappeared (ex golden king crush). I my memory i got this card in a pack long ago (maybe i’m wrong), so i find it weird that it got took away in the rotation… were the cards loaned always golden, normal or a mix of normal and golden ?
Can you share some light in this ?

If you got the card from a pack, and didn’t disenchant it, then it should still be in your collection, but it will not automatically replace the core version that was in your deck. You have to manually pull the core version out of the deck and put your wild version in.

Maybe try to filter expansion by expansion.
If you did open a golden king krush you should still be able to find it under the legacy set
Golden core cards are given access to through achievments based on your total number of ranked wins with a specific class

I was not aware of this loan by blizzard on core cards.
One thing I don’t understand though is: ok, the core set rotates and since it’s on loan blizzard can remove this cards from your collection but if I got the Zillian golden Legendary from a pack, shouldn’t I’ve keep it? at least like legacy set?

Hi, i have the same issue, but on top of that, one card i used to craft with dust disapear with others from my collection. how can i get it back without losing another 1600 dust ?

I had Zilliax for at least 2 years, I’m sure I got it in a pack.
Blizzard should mark the “loaned” cards somehow, so this confusion won’t happen every year.
they do mark them, they have the core set logo on them
