Missing Cards - New update

Hi everybody,

this is probably the most stupid question because I believe it is totaly basic thing but still… I´m more like relax player so don´t know every aspect of the game. Even though I tried to search for it I still don´t know the exact answer.

This morning I logged in to the game and found out that after the last update a lot of my cards are missing. I know the thing about old cards not playable in some modes but I can´t find them at all. It seems that they just disappeared. And I´m talking about cards like Ragnaros, N´zoth etc. What happened? Does it mean they will never return and I can´t even disenchant them? I believe there is really simple explanation and I´m just stupid and not a good google searcher. So if anybody can explain this to me I would be very glad

The “free”-versions, which were available during the event are now gone, with the copies you actually had in your collection still available in Wild.

They are given for free for 2 months, now they are gone permanently until any event that bring them back again. Unless you previously already owned a copy of them.

Oh ok,thank you… but I think that´s not a case for all of them. What about Ragnaros and others. I had him in my collection for years.

Gimme a sec.
Had to reinstall HS and will check it out.
Edit: they are still in my Wild collection.
Nothing appears out of order.

Well, that´s weird. I quit and entered the game many times and still some basic cards missing.

The Tech Support forums already has a thread of that nature.
Perhaps chime in as well?
Some apparently face a similar issue.

Did you DE any cards within the last 2 month?

to Reaver: yes I did, but not these cards that I´m talking about so that shouldn´t be a problem I suppose.

It seems to be connected to a server-side issue.
Perhaps data is not properly transferred, which causes cards to become “invisible”/inaccessible?

If it’s something worse than this, it could mean the end of HS.
But I doubt it.

Yeah.
From what I could gather, the update broke HS for quite a few people.
It should resolve when the expac goes live, they say.
But 5 days of suffering a crippled collection is pretty dumb.

Devs.
Fix your sh!t.
