How can it be okay that multiple legendary cards earned and then played in a wild deck suddenly vanish from an owner’s collection? It seems I can craft them again if I had the dust, the problem is, I USED ALL MY DUST TO CRAFT THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!
There have been similar bug reports in this forum, and many of them turned out to be related to the Core set rotation.
If your problem is different, if you really did own those cards and now they are gone, your only recourse is to open a customer support ticket. We can’t help with account issues.

Reno Jackson simply vanish from my account on the last update. I think they would fix it until today, but its seems like they don’t care.
Yes, that can happen with Core cards. Do you know what the Core set is?
It’s a set of fifteen or so cards for each class plus a lot of neutral cards that Blizzard loans to everyone, for free, during the season.
But when the season changes, the contents of the Core set also change. Blizzard adds some new cards to the Core set, just to keep things fresh, and removes others.
Reno was part of the Core set, but Blizzard removed it as part of the recent season update. So it was removed from your collection.
If you owned the original version of the card, then it will still be in your Wild collection.
Otherwise if you did not own the original, then be glad that Blizzard loaned it to you for a while.

Aaaand there it is! Guess what. I DO have this issue, and I DID own that card (coming from the League of Explorers adventure rewards), and I DID open a ticket, and no they won’t do anything about it. Also, it’s the breaking point where I stop spending any more money on any Blizzard products.
Too bad there isn’t a way to convert the cards or stuff in other games into B-net balance, as I dould wipe everything I have.
thanks man. i just came back after a few months. so glad i saw this before i bought any packs from the new expansion. i can just uninstall again
