Good day! After the last update, some of the cards from my collection disappeared. Even the cards that were there and that I used disappeared from the decks. I did not change anything in the decks, hoping that with the next update the cards would return, but this did not happen. You can go to my account and see several decks in a free format that do not have the cards that were there before and that I already used in these decks. They also drank cards from the general collection except for the decks. This is very upsetting. I have been with you since the release of the game and this undermines trust in you. Which cards did disappear exactly?
That’s because you did not own those cards. They were on a temporary loan from Blizzard as part of the Core set.
Every year, Blizzard updates the Core set. Some new cards are added, and others are removed.
That is what happened to you. Blizzard was loaning those cards to you, but then they took back that loan (and loaned you some new different cards).
