Missing card (after latest patch) - Tony, King of Piracy -

Hello, before the patch I had 2x - Tony, King of Piracy - after the patch I have only one such card.

Is there any chance to verify this?
How could I prove other than a scan of my brain that I actually had 2x such cards?
Does Blizzard have insight into such matters?

did you get the battlepass signature version? You may have accidentally rerolled the original.

I imagine there is some database or dashboard that Blizzard customer service employees can use to look up such things.

However, people have posted here that the employees sometimes claim that they actually can’t do that.

So, perhaps some employees have access to the dashboard and some don’t.

Or perhaps some employees are too inexperienced to know how to use it, or too lazy, or overworked.

We don’t know for sure.

So, i had just normal one for 1600 dust and i still have one signature, normal ver. is missing.

That gives credibility to the theory that you (accidentally?) clicked yes when the game asked you whether you want to reroll the normal version when you obtained the signature version.

I didn’t, I’m currently in the process of refining my strategies and I don’t sell off anything that might be useful, by the way, is what you’re talking about definitely working for signature cards? I ask because I have void in normal, gold and signature version and I don’t really remember there was a proposal to swap.

Nevertheless, I was “enjoying my riches” resulting from having a 2x the same legend for sale and had no plans to do anything with that card except to convert any of them to dust in the future.

For signature cards that are not craftable and not disenchantable, yes. (These are the signature cards you get on the Rewards Path or as rewards for special events).
For signature cards that can be disenchanted (but not crafted), no. (These are the signature cards that can, with very low chance, be found in card packs).
