Purchased and completed Galakrond’s Awakening and noticed I did not receive my two copies of Bomb Wrangler. I initiated a support ticket and they directed me here to report a bug.
did you by any chance disenchant them? all that will happend here is that if its a bug that info will reach the devs. if your goal is to get the cards then you have to talk to customer support as they are the ones that can access your account.

No I didn’t disenchant them. I don’t de any standard cards and I just took a look into my collection to start building a warrior deck and noticed Bomb Wrangler is “craftable”. I just completed GA a few days ago.
Customer support told me to report as a bug because they “can’t just press a button” to fix my issue. I’d happily take 200 dust and craft the cards if they have such trouble adding the copies to my collection.
1st support line has probably no idea how to do it, as with most customer support systems they likely just answer the most common questions and direct customers to other departments. 2nd line customer support should be able to fix the issue for you quite easily if the issue indeed is that you havent received those 2 cards.
