Missing arcane dust issue

I took a break since 2022, and when I returned, I spent most of my time in Battlegrounds. Recently, I started grinding ranked mode again and trying to craft some cards, and I noticed that my total dust amount had shrunk by over 30%. I had a lot of classic cards that I didn’t disenchant. I don’t know if this is a bug or is the change of legacy cards. If so, the change to legacy cards didn’t refund me the proper dust amount.

I submitted a ticket to Blizzard support team and was told by GM Brydriita to create a post in here.

Why would you expect to get a dust “refund” because a card was moved to Legacy?

What I meant is that when you click the craft button, it shows how much dust you can get from disenchanting extra cards. I took a screenshot before I took a break from the game, just in case. When I returned, I noticed that the total amount of dust had shrunk by over 30%, and I hadn’t disenchanted or crafted any cards.
