Missing Adventure Rewards

So I started playing about 6 months ago and only recently been having issues when I started to play through the single player adventure modes when it came to receiving rewards.

First it was with League of Explorers when I completed the campaign it said I’d received a Golden Classic pack but when I went to open the pack it wasn’t there.

Second time was with Knights of the Frozen Throne Ice Crown adventure upon completing the prologue I’d received the Malfurion the Pestilent hero card, I went into my collection and it was nowhere to be found I filtered all cards and searched it and it needed to be crafted still even though I’d supposedly received it.

I’ve reset the game, logged out and in again, even done both on mobile and pc and neither rewards are to be found.

Is this just an issue with Wild format Adventures? Regardless I want to receive my rewards as I had earned them according to the game. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Golden packs did not exist when League of Explorers came out, there is no such reward for that Adventure. Each wing gives you a specific collection of cards, and completing it in Heroic mode gives a special card back.

Frozen Throne’s prologue will give you a single “death knight” hero card. Completing the whole adventure will give you an animation of your hero turning evil as part of the “story”, but it does not award new hero cards, only the Prologue does. Sometimes though the animation when you complete the last fight will show your hero turning into the wrong death knight, but since that part of the adventure is just visual flair, it does not change anything but what you see.
