I logged in after over 3 years of not playing and went to look at some of my legends only decks that I had and was missing a ton of cards.

Most or all of those cards are in Wild now. Did you filter on Wild when you were looking in your collection?
Yeah, they are just GONE. I’ve made a ticket with support and they have pasted the same copy-paste response 6 times and then closed my ticket.
Do you have a friend or family member who knows your account password that could have logged in and deleted stuff? It’s a long shot but as someone with an older brother who started a new save file in Pokemon twice, destroying my collection, i thought it possible someone could disenchant your hearthstone stuff.
