Missing a card which can't be crafted

Finally logged on NA server after slightly less than 3 months and hoped to play my shaman there for a quick legend. I opened a bunch of Emerald packs, then opened some more, made the deck and encountered a bug - I only got 1x Creature of Madness, instead of 2x.

I started an arena run, ended it, restarted and it’s still missing. Can’t play decks I want, can’t do quests…

So, we’re just supposed to not play decks which run that card, even though the card is next to broken? And it provides 80% of the whole fun brought by this expansion?

Nice.

Critics are right. The game is really dead. Nothing, I repeat nothing up to this point in my life made me think that was really true, but now it’s obvious.
