Minion Effects Not Working In Dalaran Heist

I got mind breaker from a prison on the violet hold heroic. It’s effect never took place, both me and and AI were able to use our hero powers the whole game. not sure if this is only with this card or with other minions

Mind Breaker’s effect is intentionally disabled in solo adventures.

Here are some of the commonly reported issues that can be resolved.

Mindbreaker and Sideshow Spelleater in Adventure Missions
These two Hero Power effects are disabled while in Adventure Missions. This is to prevent them from trivializing all of the encounters.
