Mercenaries: Workshop Buildings Greyed Out

Hello,

Probably a noob question: it appears I should be able to purchase certain items in the Mercenaries Workshop, but they are greyed out. Apparently I can’t insert images into posts, so for instance, I definitely met the requirements to build the Fighting Pit. It says Build, for 100 coins. But it is greyed out. It came to life after I first met the requirements, but after I created the Training Grounds everything greyed out again. I should also be able to get an additional Visitor slot, but… grey.

It greys out if you do not have enough resources. Do you have enough coins after the other purchase?
