I was playing the Mercenaries mode fo the first time and i was going through the tutorial. At the point in which i had to upgrade Tyrande’s skills there was a crash with the server and i was forced to restart the game. Once i restarted it i noticed that the Mercenaries Tavern was stuck and it didn’t let me see the other cards i unlocked in the collection, only Protector Cards, it won’t let me go to the next pages.
I even bought the Diablo bundle and i can’t even open my packs if i can’t finish the tutorial…

Nothing at all, i think the problem is server side. I started the game on different devices and i still got the same problem.

I am having the same issue too. On a MacBook Pro 13-inch 2016, version 11.5.2.
I selected Tyrande’s second ability to upgrade, 4 damage to 2 enemies, and my connection died. Having pre-ordered a bundle too, I’m really annoyed that I’m tutorial locked and can’t open my stuff.

Help me understand this, I cant post how upset I am because you guys mess up release and I’m stuck on the tutorial and I cant open any of the packs that i pay real money for, all my friends are playing and advancing and I cant even post how I feel on this stupid forum because of censorship.
Fix my game and take it like a man when you screw up.

I can’t open Mercenaries Packs my Mercenaries Mode is Glitched out and it won’t fix i can’t complete the 2nd step of the tutorial. Can’t build the thing there is no option. Blizzard please fix this.

Same, I got literally the same situation and am now stuck in tavern, unable to play or scroll through mercs. I predict it´ll take weeks to fix since only the minority have this issue and Blizz got their money already.

Same bug since yesterday night, Mercenaries unplayable, packs unopenable. I’m very upset because I invested some money in this game since launch and we aren’t receveing any support.

So many of you all complaining about not being able to open packs….I’ve got the same exact problem after trying to upgrade the merc ability. Even if you could open packs you still wouldn’t be able to play or advance.
Wow you all spent real money, lost time to progress so you are permanently behind with no hope of catching up unless you spend hundreds more dollars.
I thought I was frustrated not being to open my free decks after the opening tutorial did not unlock anything. You can’t access what you PAID for? isn’t that fraud? Why wouldn’t this team post an acknowledgment and an eta?

Same issue here. Extremely frustrating to not be able to play this new mode.
Impossible to enter to this mercenary mode, i spent about 5 euros, and nothing work…i am very frustrated …can Blizzard give me back my 5 euros please ?
Even more frustrating when it happens on a stream and all support can say is “there is currently no work around”
