I completely disagree. I’ve been playing off and on for about 2 months now. I just got all the mercs. They are almost all at level 30. Doing their tasks it’s not that hard to get them pretty leveled. I spent $10 when I first started for the beginners pack. Since then I haven’t spend a buck.
