Mercenaries: Can’t progress Cairne Task 2 : Plainsrunner

Hi,
even when i used at least 10times Endurance ability (which is required to complete this task) the progress bar is still showing as 0/10 used times .

I can confirm this as well. It’s not working for me. I even abandoned it now. Hopefully when I get it next time it works. Even tho it’s a pain in the *** to get it again. I removed out of frustration and tried pretty much all kinds of combos and gave me nothing.

Same issue. I’m shocked the uncompletable tasks were not fixed in a hotfix on the first day.

Interestingly, after the quest stopped counting, I got the counter to advance, and complete by using Cairnes third ability. o.O

Just use the 3rd ability, the quest works on this one, not the 2nd

Same.
I used his 2nd ability(Endurance) MANY times, but it was still at 0/10.

Then after finding this post, in the next battle I used his 2nd ability and 3rd ability once each.
…the Task completed.

Yeah, it seems the counter gets ‘stuck’ and using the third ability ‘unsticks’ it.
