Mercenaries - Bru'Kan - Crackling Band not working

Lightning Bolt 3 (then upgraded to 4)
Crackling Band 2

Tooltip shows their combined output at the character abilities screen. However, the additional damage is not reflected in game. I’ve verified that I didn’t have an equipment mismatch with my team(s). I’ve unequipped and re-equipped with the same results. I’ve deleted all teams, configured the characters, recreated the team, then started a bounty. Same results.

Same issue here, Bru’kan’s “Crackling Band” doesn’t seem to add extra damage as stated. It shows it applying when looking at the loadouts but doesn’t apply in-game.
