Mecha-Jaraxxus missing in collection

Hi, It seems like I am missing Mecha-Jaraxxus skin in my collection. I was looking in the shop options and it showed me that I already own the skin to my surprise so I went to look into collection and yet there it seems I do not. I wrote ticket regarding this question and the answer was: I know how annoying this matter is, so I checked and would like to clarify that we have no reports regarding this situation, but I checked your licenses and it looks like you own that card on your HS account.- But it was recommended to me write here to resolve the issue.

I’ve seen this happen with other skins. If you own the card back that belongs to a skin then the skin is shown as if you own it already. This needs to be fixed so that the skin can be bought.

They need to fix this in tomorrow’s patch. I need to purchase this portrait as well.

They fixed it. It was purchasable in the shop last night for me.
