Mass disenchant problem. Lost arcane dust

Hello,

Yesterday, I was in the hearthstone mobile app, and I went to mass disenchant my cards; I had over 17000 arcane dust according to the mass disenchant button. I clicked this button and game hanged/lagged. I closed mobile app and launched again. I went to my collection again to check results and saw that Mass disenchantment gave me only 13000 of arcane dust. 4000 of arcane dust disappeared.

If is alot you dont play hs you probabily have an old bug that was showing more dust than real dust , i explained it here.

Missing dust after disenchant

if you have so much cards to disenchant probabily you have an old bug. This bug … caused this bug So game was telling you to disenchat a card that is from your collection becouse you already have a free version from core set , but thats not true , becouse if core set changes you lose free core cards , so you need to keep your personal copy of that cards. So game count this cards for disenchant , but in real game dont disenchant this cards with mass disenchant.
