Does not issue this cardback in games against players who possess it. Are there plans to fix this?

Not been unlocking the back either. Maybe it was time-limited or something is broken in the code to acquire it?
I have not found any information regarding the cancellation of receiving this cardback. In principle, I have not seen any official comments on this issue anywhere yet. I suspect that this is still mistake. It would be nice if someone did respond to this problem.
I cannot get this card back either. I have played 5+ games randomly met the character with the card back in Ranked Wild Mode I have lost, I have Won and I have and they have NOT conceded. All criteria has been met yet the card back has not been unlocked for my account. I looked into it and no its still active and able to get it.
I have not obtained the card back despite playing many games against people using the card back.
This has been bugged for over 18 months, and the customer Support say they don’t have this as a known Bug.
This still is currently Not working, as the achievement is still in the Game.
