Really needing to vent off a bit right now
Twist wasn’t meant to be the most balanced thing, but I think I’m reaching my limit with Marin players pulling of stupid turns over and over again
The hero relies so heavily on topdecks my opponent didn’t even use there 5 first drawn cards
I try to have some C’Thun fun
Leave a 3/3 on their board on my turn 4. My board is a 3/5
Next turn is their turn 5, they end their turn with having killed my 3/5, dealt 12 damage face, and 39/36 of stats
On their freaking turn 5. They played 20 cards on their stupid turn 5

man that was pretty sick. sure is strong. wonder if he’ll get nerfed.
The problem is that it’s basically what they all do
I’ve seen like one or 2 really blank, but all the others pop off in such manner by turn 6 usually
And it’s not like it’s a single wave you can deal with and win, they often can do it one or 2 more times in the following turns
Unless you play hyper aggro, which only a few decks can do consistently, that’s just a no match every time
Twist is an extremely polarizing meta. Marin isn’t unbeatable but like the rest of the top decks they have a couple hard counters within the choices. If you aren’t playing one of them you just straight up lose. At least they banned the bugged one that people cheated with to rank up on.
Which is exactly what I qualify as ruining the experience
