Ever since rogue lost secret passage it just feels gimped and less fun.
I am not saying that rogues need buffs, but I do feel they should be about something else than ‘draw your entire deck over a few turns and hope its good enough’.
Obviously, having a strong card like that should nerf a few things here and there. I am not asking for a buff to rogues, but just a fun increase.
I bet that would make some people angry mostly because people are so pissed at rogues that everything rogues get causes a stir. But it wouldn’t be a bad addition. It would be a slight buff to miracle but it would give rogue more options to scour the deck outside of cocs, which is nice for a change.
I’m not okay with Rogues drawing their entire deck by turn 9. And there is no world where Secret Passage doesn’t make that happen. Tradable is an evergreen mechanic now, that means no more Secret Passage in Standard ever.
As a character in the lore, I absolutely want Guff back. I want to hear Guff’s voice actor saying Guff lines in Guff’s voice.
As far as the hero card, I couldn’t care less. It was fun but his time in Standard is over and that’s okay. On to new things.
It’d be nice if the next Guff card would be worth playing in the right deck but wasn’t so close to being an auto-include. For example, specifically designed for aggro Druid. For a character who’s supposed to be about protecting the little forest critters, his first go around he spent a suspiciously large amount of time hanging out with Giants and Whelps.
Oh, oh can we bring back conceal too? I mean concealing a board full of overstatted minions for 0 mana is so much fun. Ghosts from location without stealth are so weak right? Give the whole board stealth like the good old miracle rogue days. Lots of fun for all rogues.
