As the title says, you can get Maiev Shadowsong (the hero portrait) in packs, not the card. After going through my collection, it looks like this was legitimately a 4 card pack. I already had the Maiev portrait, so I don’t know if this was supposed to give the portrait if you didn’t have it.

same here, i feel a lil scammed 
good thing it said no where in the describtion that you could obtain maiev.
hope this gets fixed and we get compensation
