Magtheridon is always dormant after being resummoned by Mass Resurrection, Catrina Meurte, and Grave Rune. Is this intended?
Yes. That’s why it reads "Dormant on the card.
If it had been intended to only be Dormant when played from hand, the card would have read: “Battlecry: Go Dormant”.

Yes. Dormant is an effect, similar to Taunt or Divine Shield.

Yes but if you also resurrect wardens, and you kill them, they won’t count towards Magtheridon’s activation. This I believe it’s an issue
You have to kill ENEMY wardens, to resurrect him. As far as I know, you can only resurrect your own minions.
