My hearthstone app won’t load. I’m on a Mac running Catalina version 10.15.1.
I have:
- Reset Hearthstone settings
- Scanned and repaired Hearthstone
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Hearthstone
- Deleted the battle net cache
- Removed antivirus programs
- Added firewall exceptions to system preferences
- Uninstalled and reinstalled battle net
- Waited for multiple patches to fix it
I’m getting a lil bit frustrated. Are there any other things I should try?

Exact same problem here. No solution has been found in forums or official FAQ. You have to make something Blizzard !!!
Hey there! We have a support article for the Stuck on Title Screen issue here. What device are you experiencing this issue on? Are you experiencing the issue on a mobile device?
If so, please try the mobile data to test. If it works while using mobile data, then it should load using the Wi-Fi connection now. If it happens on mobile Wi-Fi and the mobile data this could indicate an account level issue that we’ll want to check out, please contact our Customer Support team.
