After the last update (battleground season 10), the performance dropped very badly. Fps during the game drops to 15-20 frames. When last season the game was running stable 60 frames. With the release of the update, it became almost impossible to play, because of the low FPS is absolutely not enough time to buy maps and because of this you often lose because you do not have time to realize the intended strategy of the game. Cards barely move, during the fight generally disappears animation of cards. I have a phone is not weak enough, Samsung s22. The game on it should feel great and just fly. But alas, with the release of the update game died. The only thing that helps is during the game to move the graphics settings from maximum to minimum and immediately return back to maximum, then the FPS rises to 60, but only for 5-10 seconds, then again falls to 15-20 frames.
I ask developers to pay attention to this and as soon as possible optimize the game. After all, this problem is not only for me. Reading reviews on Google play market, I noticed that many people have this problem.

I second it, fps is very low, sometimes drops too much. It is impossible to play since the season 10 update, even last patch with balance changes didn’t change fps issues. Unpleasant experience overall, almost impossible to play any kind of apm comps.
Google Pixel 7 Pro here, was running just fine before season 10.

I updated the firmware on my Samsung s22 to OneUi 7.0 today. I haven’t played many matches, but the frame rate has changed for the better. I’m not completely sure if it’s because I updated the phone. But it looks as if everything became as it should be stable 60 FPS. I want to put an add-on that shows the FPS and the load on the phone. Then I’ll know for sure.
I’m on a pixel 9 pro XL and it hearthstone will run good for about the first minute and then drop to 20-30 fps. If you switch the graphics seeing from low to high it fixes it for about 15 seconds and then drops again. I’ve cleared cache, reinstalled. Please for the love of God fix this. I only play mobile and I bought the BG season pass and it’s unbearable to play right now

Bump. This is incredibly frustrating and makes me want to quit playing. Happening on my galaxy s21 5g every game.

May have just fixed this by installing Samsung game plug-ins and setting hearthstone to max fps setting.
It seems to be an issue with the default Samsung game boost setting.

The thing is that I tried everything I could think of to raise the FPS. Nothing worked. Until I accidentally noticed that my Samsung had a firmware update to OneUi 7.0
Only after the firmware update did the game started working normally and I can even play APM strategies.

Same problem here, im on Galaxy s24+ and when i start the game it works fine for few minutes. After while, fps drops to like 20 or 30 and battlegrounds are unplayale. When i look into settings and click on framerate - high (which is currently active) it fixes the problem for few seconds and than it falls again to about 20fps. Any adivce would be welcome.
Thanks

I forgot to say that i tried Samsung game plug-ins via Game booster which allows frame booster and optimalization for performance. It did nothing for the problem.

Same here on Google pixel, having low fps and pixelated screen. Blizzard told me to post on this page but it’s been 3 weeks with no word back other than “these issues take time to fix”. It’s like they don’t acknowledge the issues.

The game is unplayable, poco x6 pro, previously had stable 60fps, now it’s less than 20. Changing to higher frame rate and reinstalling the game does not help

I keep trying to send in tickets regarding the issues and they keep brushing me off like it’s not a big deal telling me to “be patient” when we have already had how many hot fixes out that haven’t even fixed the problem??? I just want some transparency on the issue considering I bout the battle pass and can’t even use it.

I have been experiencing what sounds like the same thing. I have a Galaxy S24+.
The game starts smooth at 60 FPS. After 10 seconds or so, the FPS drops to 15-20. Changing the framerate Graphics Setting from High to Low then back to High right away also behaves the same way you described.
I will also be submitting a ticket.
Here’s hoping that this is fixed soon!

I thought this might be my issue, but after updating my Galaxy S24+ to OneUi 7.0 and testing it out today, it didn’t seem to make any difference.

Strange… Upgrading to OneUi 7.0 worked for me.
