I only play wild. I have crafted it. End of story. Blizzard and all of you company shills can go suck a lemon. Goodbye
I also only play wild, and i have crafted that card, not 4 months ago, but 6 years ago, for my “odd paladin” wild deck.
In this rotation, i have to search and “re add” the card to my deck, because dissapeared from it (well i have to re add several for various of my deck), and i have to re - craft some cards that were “core only” from dk.
So no, i have never miss a card, and i play since the beginning, 10 years ago, and also never disenchant anything (i have also diamond loatheb for full naxxramas and diamond ragnaros for full classic)
“When life gives you lemons, make lemonade”
They just straight up deleted cards from my collections. From common cards to Golden legendarys. just gone… even got screenshots of me opening the pacs and by reading this post i dont think they giva a fly about this and the game.
I feel your pain. Blizzard doesn’t care at all about this at all. Some really dodgy tactics from their side. When you want to make purchase, everything works brilliantly, they will take our hard earned cash with no issue at all. But god forbid something goes wrong, no help whatsoever and there is nothing we can do about it …
My bad, it was regular Alexstrasza, crafted, Golden. And that is missing as well as the Life-Binder, but that at least makes sense. The other cards I had are also not part of the core set.
Missing from where, exactly?
From a deck?
Or from your collection?
From the collection. It just shows it greyed out, and available to craft. It’s also missing from the Wild decks I had it in, but that sort of goes with the territory.
Same happened with a number of other common and rare cards. Blizzard support just directed me here, as it sounds like a bug.
(Some of the other cards missing are two copies of Defile - I mean, who doesn’t have that card at this point? -, Flesh Behemoth (golden), chorus riff, Zul’Jin, Wandering Monster x 2, and some other very basic cards that were not part of the core set.)
How, exactly, are you browsing your collection?
The collection browser prefers to show Core cards when it can, and Alexstrasza is now a Core card. So if you just filter on standard/wild, it’s going to show you the Core version. And golden Core cards are granted by class achievements, so I’m guessing you legitimately do not have the golden Core version of Alexstrasza.
If you filter specifically on the Legacy set, you should find your original golden crafted version.
That should not have happened. The only time you should ever lose a card from a deck is when it was the Core version, and that card was rotated out.
Alexstrasza was recently added to Core, so that might have misled you into thinking that you had two copies, and you could safely disenchant one. Do you recall disenchanting Alexstrazsa recently?
I don’t disenchant anything manually. I only use the duplicate card disenchantsystem. I was confused with the stream video, as I was talking about both cards in the same span of two minutes.
I’m a hoarder of cards, haha. I’ve gone through all the tabs in my Collection - Legacy, Wild, Standard, etc. It does show them in crafting for some of the cards, but I had them prior to the new xpac. Life-Binder does show in Legacy, regular Alexstrasza is just…gone.
It should never happen that you lose cards from your collection that you actually own.
So, my only explanation is that you actually did disenchant that card and you just don’t remember, or you never actually owned it in the first place, or there is some actual bug that removed it from your collection.
In any case, your only option is to reopen that customer service ticket. Nobody in this forum is going to investigate your account to find out why that card is missing.
Frankly, I don’t understand why they even sent you here. Nobody in this forum has any power to investigate your account details.
Maybe they thought you were just mistaken, and they were hoping someone in this forum would be kind enough to explain…
Hey everyone, ive read youre comments and I have the same issue.
I was playing shadow priest a lot in the past season. I played benedictus which allowed my player to be shadow if no holy spells in my deck.
Since the released of the new season, he is only available in wild. Which i understand since the rotation but I have to craft him again with a LOT of other cards. Like i have to spend powder again. I did not un-craft then. I’m so frustated, Blizzard is not helpful at all. This make me mad. Ive played for sor a long time and they dont care
I feel you, priest is the character a love the most. I never un-craft cards from it, i like to play old sets in wild. I lost so many cards, rare and even legendaries.
I issued a ticket just like you and they said: go to the forum like cmon
I will make a reply on this as well ahha.
All of my old deck are still in my collection. But they have missing cards in all of them. The deck is not at 30 over 30 anymore and i have to craft them again.
I do understand how you feel on this.
If you actually own a card, you do NOT have to recraft it. That’s silly.
If Benedictus is missing from a deck of yours, that’s because when you built the deck, you (unknowingly) used the Core version, which legitimately no longer exists.
Just edit the deck, remove the Core Benedictus, and add the original version.
I do understand that it doesnt make any sens. Thats what a bug is. But I don’t understand it either. When i create a new deck, I make sure to be in wild and when I go through my deck the cards are just not there anymore. They show in this blue color (saying, you have enough powder to craft it). I dont understand man. I would love to use them again like i did 4 weeks ago…
Do you understand that those cards were in Core, but they were removed?
So yes, they used to be in your collection, but they were only a loan.
So i can’t use them anymore? even in wild ?
You can, if you spend the dust to craft them, or open them from a wild pack.
Oh i see, i didn’t know we had to craft them twice when they are removed from standart. I though the cards will transfert themselves in wild.
You do NOT have to craft anything twice.
If you actually owned the original card – if you crafted it or opened it from a pack – then you STILL own it. It should STILL be in your collection.
But if it was in your collection ONLY as a loan from the Core set, then yes, you will have to craft it. But this is not “crafting it twice”.
