LMAO. The response i posted was from hearthstone support (about as official as it gets). It is a known issue that’s why there’s an article ID assigned to it (Article ID: 272745). There’s no trolling going on here, just you refusing to face reality. Why do you think I’m here? Because I’m in the same boat as everyone else… I lost my gold! However, I can accept the fact that I just need to wait 72 hours and if I don’t get it back, I open a ticket… simple…

The same thing happened to me a few minutes ago. Gold paid, no tickets received. US server.

Same here, i just bought 2 arena tickets, the screen got freeze for one second, then the purchase failed but it still took my gold

lol sh!ts getting serious out here, i also lost some gold but damn people listen to the guy, he submited a ticket and got a response, also the bigger loss is we lost duels and got the crap mercenaries mode still
