Lost gold purchasing arena tickets. No tickets

So today I tried buying tickets for the Underground Arena, after a couple seconds of processing it, the purchase failed, but the gold got discounted anyway. Tried reloading to see if I got the tickets or the gold back, but neither of them was the case. Ended up losing 600 gold for nothing.

This just happened to me too. And I don’t know if there’s a way to see all your gold purchases to prove it but I’m going to open a ticket.

Around 12:17pm EST, I purchased 2 arena tickets while on the underground arena page. I just unlocked the underground arena. The purchase was loading for around 5-10 seconds before it gave me an error message saying that the purchase was not successful. I was not awarded my 2 arena tickets, but the game still took my gold as if I had successfully made the purchase. I tried relogging in the game but there was no change.

I have the exactly same issue, seems to be wide spread, hope Blizzard could refund it and does not need everyone to open a ticket

Same happened to me. Gold discounted, loaded for around a minute, reopened the game, no tickets at all. Need my gold back or my ticket, either is fine to me

I attempted to purchase 2 tavern tickets. Did not receive them and gold was subtracted from my account. Purchase does not show up in my order history.

So i completed my quests and had 310 gold. I went to the arena and tried to purchase 2 tickets for 300 gold. Caught a little bit of lag while purchase was going through and noticed 300 gold gone and never recieved arena tickets. Why?

I can’t purchase tickets at all. Order simply says queued and won’t let me attempt any more purchases until the queued order finalizes.

Same happened here, spent another 300 gold for 2x more tavern passes and same thing. Just lost 600 gold and no tavern passes. How can we get our gold back?!
