Created a support ticket and they just let me wait for 5 days and tell me that they don’t have a resolution. how hard is it to pull all the transactions from the day the issue happened and refund those affected? It’s not like the gold has some irl monetary value
I understand your having trouble with Heartstone’s Arena Tickets and coins. I know how frustrating it can be when something in-game doesn’t work exactly as expected, being a player myself for the better part of the last 20 years - especially when it interrupts your gameplay or progress. We are not currently aware of any bugs affecting this system, I’m afraid. I would highly recommend doing a bug report in the forums so our developers can take a look into it, as they have the necessary tools to investigate these cases. Also, any other players having similar experiences will be able to support and comment on that report, allowing it to reach our developers faster.
