I seem to have lost cards that i did not have in current decks. I also cant see or craft any new cards. I restarted my app on my phone, my computer, checked my region was set to Americas for both. Nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated.
I’ve tried making posts and sending numerous messages to support. Basically, they don’t care and won’t help until it becomes a bigger issues. Hopefully, if we continue to post and pester, they will put some eyes on it and fix it.
You have to be kidding me? They have done nothing? And yeah man i think your right about it having to do with returning players. I stopped playing years ago and just returned to it recently. Ive spent a lot going back into the game to play it to its fullest extent. Im beyond losing cards i cant see or craft new cards. This is wild and has to fixed asap.
