Lost an arena pack

I had an unfinished (5-2) arena run before login. When RoS hit, they automatically retired my arena run, got 50g + a rare(dendrologist) a pack as rewards and another arena free ticket.

The pack is nowhere to be seen, I’m pretty sure I didn’t open it. Oh btw I lost that 50 g too, cannot confirm on Dendrologist because I had few extra and lost counting on it number. Not sure if I got any reward at all.

Already relogged few times

Going to the arena rewards screen and clicking the boxes is just cosmetic. The rewards were added to your account when the arena was retired, which was likely while you weren’t even logged on.

So, the next time you logged on, the pack would have been waiting for you to open.

If you had any other packs waiting to open (i.e. from last week’s Tavern Brawl), you might not have noticed the one extra pack.
