I made a ticket and was told to post here by the GM, logged into my account after a long while not playing and it set me back to the tutorial, lost all unlocked cards and don’t even have most classes unlocked anymore
In the ticket I was told that my US account is 5 years old and most likely the one I’m looking for but I’m currently logged into the US region on the same account I used to contact support and it’s completely wiped.
To log into the wrong region is usually how this happens because this is like starting from 0.
Did you check the other regions to make sure that you didn’t play most of the time in for example Europe?
Are you sure you didn’t create multiple accounts back then?
I checked all other regions already and they are all also at 0.
I don’t think it’s a different account as I checked my old emails from battle net and they all mentioned this email and the GM from the ticket I made said this account on the US region should be 5 years old.
Did you ever find a resolution to this? I just logged into my account from years of not playing and have the same issue. All progress is gone.
