Lost access to Loaner decks

I am a returning Hearthstone player who was enjoying the Loaner decks. I still had several days to play, when I (inadvertently, not that it should matter) went to “My Collection” and it wiped out the Loaner decks prompt and I don’t appear to have any way to “claim” the deck I was going to be able to claim after 7 days, nor continue playing the loaner decks.

Is there any way to get back access to the decks, or at the least, claim one of the decks so that I have access to a “standard” deck?

Same thing happened too me, game crashed while I was deciding on a deck, logged back in re fought illidan and now no free deck…

My friend is a new player, and he didn’t pick a deck right away because he didn’t know what to pick, and now he can’t figure out how to get it anymore.

Happened to me too. Loaner deck option was just suddenly not there anymore.

Same here, had. 5 days left to decide and after installing the update, the loaner decks were gone. Anyone knows what to do?

Blizzard has replied to this in a sticky comment, here - 26.0 Known Issues
