I just played two games in Casual (I made sure it was casual, all decks were playable) but after the game the mode was switched back to Standard and I had actually lost two stars from those games.
What the heck is going on Blizzard??!?
Since the latest patch there has been number of issues in this matter.
Some people don’t get stars after win streaks.
Some people don’t advance the ranks after winning games.
And now losing stars after playing casual games?
I would like to know as well.
