I have been locked out of my account now for 7 days due to someone hacking my account. Can a forum moderator help assist me and at least ensure my ticket- Which was opened under my account which is not banned tell me if it’s still in the queue to be reviewed? I’m worried because my account got banned due to the hacker, I’ll have no way to know if they respond.
Will they email me?
