Had access to loner decks with ~5 days left, played a Vs game with a friend and afterwards the decks now do not show up when I play standard. Opened a ticket in which they tell me I still had 3 days left to claim a deck but nowhere to be found!! Uninstalled and reinstalled mobile app and tried on PC version, still nothing :((( latest ticket update is to report it on these forums and take the L
I don’t know why they would tell you that.
The people in this forum have no ability to investigate your account or restore lost items.
The only benefit to reporting it here is that, maybe sometime in the future, this bug will be fixed. But that won’t fix your current issue.
