After the new update I can’t open the game, it’s stuck at the “Starting up” screen and nothing changes, I’ve tried literally everything and no solution, works fine on my phone though, so wtf am I supposed to do? It seems no one else has my problem, so is it like exclusive to my pc? wtf?

I have the same problem, so you’re not alone 
If it’s to any help then HS somehow only works when I play the “Asia” server. “Europe” and “Americas” doesn’t work. Both the servers “Starting up” screen is black, but sound and music works fine.

For me clicking alt f3 while in the black screen made it work normally. (try also fn f3 or f3 with other buttons as it may be different for some laptops).
