Scorching Observer (I obtained via Kil’jaeden) did not active lifesteal when Neptulon the Tidehunter’s Hands (opponent obtained via Final Frontier) hit it. Is this the intended interaction?
It is. Hands are immune.

The Hands have “immune while attacking”, therefore the Scorching Observer dealt no damage, therefore Lifesteal did not activate.
