My original post about Signature Lie in Wait card art bug: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/hearthstone/t/poor-quality-of-digital-good/149079
I am not THAT petty to reopen my Better Business Bureau complaint. I will bring up that I disliked the outcome and Blizzard’s response.
At the very least how you communicate goes a long way. I didn’t feel confident in the replies and had zero genuine connection about quality reporting.
Plus the Signature Legendary Card Art
is still bugged. The rare victory screen hero portrait is under cropped. Even on the $35 Diamond version. Now they banned the $35 card from all decks. How does that work?

Greetings BBB,
Thank you for reaching out on behalf of this customer. I had a chance to look over their their correspondence here. I understand that the customer is experiencing an in-game issue when playing Hearthstone.
We recommend that this issue be reported by the customer to our Quality Assurance teams and developers through our Hearthstone Bug Report forums. While these teams do not respond publicly, they monitor these bug reports and attempt to reproduce and verify reported bugs.
Once a bug has been verified, we then work to resolve it by means of a hotfix or patch to the game.
