I just finished the path of the lich king prologue, and it had showed me the rewards I would get when opening the chest, however when I finished the path, I was given one card pack and the chest opened itself without me interacting with it. I wasn’t given the hero skin or the cards that it said i would. It seems like this is a common issue. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it!
Why did you even decide that the reward is a skin or cards?
You do not get a hero skin for playing the prologue. You get a hero card. Which should be found in your collection, when you set the filter to wild.
