Libram of Wisdom need to be nerf

This has been a truly broken design spell when it just keeps cycling back to your hand every time it death-rattle brake. Why go after class like mage, but leave crap like this in play in beyond me.

the card seems fine, you are wrong. LOL

Could you please elaborate?

I it seems fine a spell keeps cycling in your hand over and over why buff your minion seem like well design card.

Ahh yes, a recurring +1/+1 buff is overpowered, especially when you can only really have two out at a time until Liadrin drops, and which can be stopped entirely by silences, bouncing effects, and transformations.

So unfair, the buff class getting +1/+1.

Do you think Talritha or Val’anyr are OP too?

So unless you are letting paladins have board control (!?) librams can just be removed entirely through several ways by almost all classes. They almost always require a minion to stick for a turn or two to be effective.

I’m not going to give an exhaustive list, but anything that hexs, polymorph, silence, return to hand, devolve, evolves, or similarly destroys the minion removes the librams from the match.

Lol if you think that’s broken.

I agree completely. Very well designed.

Not “almost all.” Definitely all. People just don’t like iron beak owl.

No one runs silence.

Only rogue and hunter have access to bounce.

Transformations are super rare and if you bait a Devolve on a medium-sized Libram’d minion, it’s a win-win-win.

Just saying. Libram of Wisdom is criminally underrated among paladin players here.

If they don’t want to run silences, that’s their problem. DH has a few such as the 1 mana spell and Magehunter. And Mages+Shamans have Devolving Missiles, which can ruin a paladin’s day.

But really, the point is that it isn’t nerf-worthy, especially with the options one has against it.

Underrated? It’s a key card in the only viable decks in the class.

Hunter and Rogue bounce to hand. Mage and Shaman Transform. Demonhunter, Druid, and Priest Silence.

The only classes that can’t directly eliminate Librams are Warrior, Paladin (lol), and Warlock. Not counting Neutral access to silence.

Nevermind that Paladin completely crumbles against anything that clears its minions, has among the clunkiest of removal options, and has nearly every single theme remain unsupported and comically ineffective.

Unless its Murlocs or randomly deciding “We’re going to make Handbuffs work this time”, true enough on that last point.

Lol. DH runs 1 x copy of silence effects, max. Druid and priest have no silences whatsoever. Whoever wastes a card slot on Mass Dispel is a moron, and I hope they enjoy their added losses against more aggressive decks.

A priest can easily discover a silence off of Renew, if they need one. Or generate it probably. Just like how Mage can just hit Devolving Missiles off of Evocation or Magic Trick.

Why the F would I ever take Silence off of Renew, lol. That’s the ******* **** card you can pick off, ~99% of the time. Priest cannot generate Silence outside Veilweaver and Onyx Magescribe. And no one plays the latter, while Veilweaver very rarely gives it.

Same goes for Magic Trick - you’re lucky to hit a Devolving Missiles. And you’d never Evo just to find a set of missiles.

I try not to make definitive assertions when I haven’t checked them, lol.

Thank you.

Because it was the card you needed to turn the board? Wouldn’t that be the case if you needed to shut down a paladin buffing librams and minions?

I mean, you play you, but you seem to have missed the entire conversation about how if librams are so OP why are there so many available counters to play?

We could go one step further using your assertion that these counters are so toxic to your overall win rate that no one has or wants them, why haven’t librams taken over the world by now?

Anyway, thank you for teaching us all so patiently how to play every class against paladins.

Very effin’ rarely. Why do you think silence effects and Maiev are so scarce at the moment.

I never claimed to agree with OP’s point about Librams being OP.

So you why are you slapping down all the people pointing out counters to librams?
