Is this the guy whose wife “had a conversation with a GM?”
In a thread about the Tsunami spell he said that the people who claim that the previous change of this spell from 3 elementals to 4 elementals was a buff are the same people who make excuses for the actions of the germans during WW2.
There are a number of questionable characters here on this forum but only a handful reach this level of deranged.
Yes, very sure. 4 mana 6 damage that has to go through taunt is child’s play in hearthstone these days. As Leeroy is now, Stonetusk Boar is a much better card, which is both weird and sad.
Low yet true. And I wouldn’t have to be “narcissistic” and posting about it if I didn’t have to respond to such ridiculous call outs of my integrity in the first place.
That’s fine, you are entitled to your belief.
Idk, that would be a question for my wife.
There are parallels, yes. If one does not stand up for what is right and fight against wrongdoing when an inch is taken, then soon we will be miles away from where we should be. Just because you and so many others want to make me look or seem bad, for whatever reason idk, does not mean that is the case.
You are entitled to your belief, no matter how wrong it is.
You can also look at the nail in the coffin I posted about them trolling in previous posts. Trolls and then says they don’t know what trolling is, then I posted proof they know what it is by quoting them directly talking about trolling.
I wouldn’t believe a single word they say and they purposefully make threads to do this very sort of thing.
Great way to admit you’ve been a harassing me, I appreciate when one can admit their guilt so openly.
Also keep in mind I said in this very thread when accused of trolling
But I understand you have poor reading comprehension and only see or believe wheat you want to, so you missed it.
No
…
Why are soldiers being put on a pedestal in the century of peace?
I can only respect this job as I would any other. It’s not as if you’re doing something particularly impressive. You’re just another worker.
I don’t understand the fanaticism Americans have for this profession. Any depressed teenager can be convinced to go die for their country.
But working hard to learn a skill and genuinely contribute to society rather than just killing people on foreign soil doesn’t get the same recognition.
This isn’t even meant to come off as disrespectful, but as a European, I’ve never seen anyone pander to soldiers like Americans do.
You act like this is why people join the military.
Some use the military as a helpful hand in getting key training in other fields with zero intention in wanting to kill people.
In fact, during my time in the military, I never once met a person in the military that actively wanted to do this. Nearly everyone joined because it’s a springboard into another career.
If you want to fly helicopters for a living, getting the ability to do so in the civilian world is extremely hard and near impossible. With the military, it’s mainly a matter if you want to. Then you can use the military training to then fly them in the civilian world to do search and rescues or care flight rescues.
You have a severe lack of knowledge as to why people join the military in America.
I understand all of that, and I’m sure most people who have served in the military aren’t like that.
But what am I to make of people who flex their enlistment, like in the post I quoted? Why do they expect to be put on a pedestal for simply doing a job? Even more, why claim they’re the reason civilians can enjoy freedom?
You wouldn’t see an IT graduate going around claiming people can enjoy the internet because they finished university.
While I was in the Army I met a handful of people who desired to be legal murderers, mostly with racist sentiments. But the vast majority are absolutely trying to springboard into something else, like the GI Bill to cover college.
You’re not talking about an actual veteran here, you’re talking about a troll with a made up story.
People in the military are the same mix of people out of the military. You will have crazy people in both areas. You will have narcissists in both areas. Apply that to this poster. People who brag exist on both ends.
It’s not just a military thing. It’s a person thing. I never ever brag about my service, most people don’t know I ever served, and I never ask for military discount.
Some people do. The attitude this person has is not exclusive to military. It’s all walks of life.
And I agree with Scrotie. This person is a known troll.
Because of the rise of fascist sympathy in the country. It’s been brewing for years and only worse with the rise of Trump and all that goes with it.
Patriotism is simply a trope they use to manipulate otherwise good people to do awful things.
The reality is their brand of patriotism is more jingoism, but I doubt two thirds or more of them have ever even seen that word much less comprehend it.
Well, you had me googling.
Don’t you guys report those people to some superior, they sound like actual loonies.
Are they?
Agreed. I wouldn’t ask for anything more.
Is this a thing?
What you quoted was in reply to someone else questioning my integrity as to why I sometimes post and sometimes I’m gone. Do the proper and requisite and simple research next time before wasting your time replying to some shadow argument?
Btw everyone…this thread is about reverting Leeroy to 4 mana, please stop trolling/derailing it with your own petty ridiculousness.
The Empire is systemically depended on massive defense to not be eaten alive. They’ve also never lost a war, to know war is not only video game-tier pew pew.
If you are referring to North America, they lost in the ‘Vietnam’ war.
You don’t understand the meaning of devastation by a war if you think America lost at vietnam. No one entered their country. It was almost by proxy; and it was by definition a colonial war; since it was at the “colony”.
Who “won” a war isn’t just based on whose people and lands got more damaged, but whether who achieved their objectives for going into war.
What was the US objective? Stop communism.
They failed there. Vietnam still ended up communist.
That’s why many consider the US to have “lost” Vietnam.
I mean, your argument could be made that those pesky rebels and insurrectionists in the American colonies never harmed the British homeland.
