After completing 3 Kirin Tor quests, Warmage Silva is nowhere to be found. I tried redoing the TWW pre-patch quests with no success. Reset interface, disabled all addons etc - but still is not in his turn in spot outside the Violet Citadel. Have not been able to find any answers online, but have scene others running into this issue as early as september.
