King Rastakhan Skin effect bugs and new Battlegrounds bugs

1. The hero ability effect of the King Rastakhan skin does not activate
2. The new indicator does not disappear from the Battlegrounds collections tab even though there are no new game boards.
3. Even if i reinstall the game, the same thing happens and even if you play it on a different device, the same thing happens.
