So, in my WF/Dawngrasp deck, the Pupil card you recommended is out.
Dryscale Deputy simply works better.
But, tysm for suggesting Rising Waves!
Works as well or better than Fire Sale, and since it doesn’t have a spell school tag, it thins out what Dawngrasp replays and makes the card much better.

The pupil is one of the best cards of this expansion. If you’re running a lot of smaller spells or even the Mage drink, the card is ridiculously good. Probably doesn’t fit into a Dawngrasp deck as you’d be running bigger spells.
I’ve been using that pupil in wild and standard and it has been amazing.
If you run a WF Mage deck but include really small spells (no secrets) like WF/Rewind/Drink/Frost Nova, I imagine the Pupil would be your best friend because it can just keep discovering the WF over and over.
