I stopped playing for a while but I ha completed Naxx and remember having kel’thuzad. I wouldn’t have dusted it (not sure it could have been dusted). Anyone know how to get it back? If I complete it on heroic might I get another copy? Any other way to get it back?

Did you set the set selection to either “Wild Cards” or to “Naxxramas” when checking your collection or building your deck?
By default only cards currently playable in Standard are shown in the collection manager and Naxxramas is not playable in Standard anymore.
Thank you for responding. Yes, I have filtered the cards. I see it but it’s greyed out.
In that case I would suggest that you contact Customer Support and open a ticket with them. It’s very easy to see that you completed the relevant wing of Naxxramas, so there should be no discussion that you at least owned it in the past.
They might however suggest that you may have disenchanted the card in the past. If they do that, ask them to provide evidence (e.g. the date they find in their system). If they have none, then I’d say you have a strong case … although you can never be sure with Blizzard Support staff.

Thank you. IF it was disenchanted, and I don’t know why I would have, is there ever anyway to get it back? Redoing Naxx? Doing it on heroic? Buying something again?

If you don’t own it, you should be able to craft it from dust.
They sometimes do that but from what I understand that should only happen when they suspect a broader problem that affects more players, so that QA (testers) and developers should know. Apparently they cannot mail QA directly so they have to take this roundabout.
But repairing issues on individual accounts, issues that do not affect thousands, always remains their task. They just sometimes seem to “forget” about that.
