I keep getting disconnected and for some reason I can rarely log back in… internet works fine apart from this. I noticed it happens most of the time when pressing the hero power for some reason. This has caused me to lose games I was dominating and destroyed 2 arena runs. Everyone experiencing this trash should be compensated for wasting the gold because of their dogsht servers…

It happens to me also, that is the reason why i stopped almost completely to play arena.
Like this very evening, I found this topic cause i am litterally fuming rn; i played 3 hours or so on ranked, perfect connection, perfect on hardware side, i entered arena cause “why not, i am getting bored on ladder”, VERY FIRST MATCH i was having a perfect game, and the exact turn that i had to play a specifc card, Sunset Volley, (that my oppo knew i had cause i copied from him) to win the game freezed while i was choosing the card, after like 3 min said that was trying to recconect me to my game and after that the game crashed. Useless to say that probably i lost on that 3 min, cause 2 or more turns without playing… but this keep happening from a lot of time, everyone here says that is impossible to cheat like that but you are not the only one to experience this problem my brother. Hope Blizz will admit that there is a problem and find a way to fix it
