Just started a new account and I need help with a few things

idk what category this goes in but i have 2 questions.

When the new expansion “Rise of Shadows” arrive, and the Kobolds and Catacombs rotate out, will we be able to disenchant Marin the Fox ?

My second question is, i just recently (April 7th 2019 ICT) got all of my classes to level 10 but i didnt get the free Loa from Rastakhan’s Rumbe, can someone tell me why ?

You won’t ever be able to disenchant marin as far as I know, the blizzard promotional cards aren’t able to be disenchanted. Not sure about the loa, maybe you have to open at least 1 rumble pack or something.

You can’t craft or dust Marin.

The rumble thing was a limited time promotion for that expansion.

Shadows will have more free stuff in addition to Vargoth.
