Just opened over 40 packs and not one legendary WTF

Were the packs from the same expansion and of the same quality (golden, normal) ?

There should be pity timer that guarantee you will get at least one legendary over 40 packs of the same expansion and quality.

You should also have one legendary in first 10 pack of the same type.

And not standard or wild packs, correct? But a specific named expansion?
