I have an option from the shop that is called Armor warrior. It is just Control Warrior deck for 14.99. If I buy that do I get all of the cards listed, even if I already have them? I know on some of the Twist decks it stated that " if you already have the cards, they will not be added". SO in this case I would pay 14.99 and get nothing or would I get duplicate of all the cards in the offer?

You should get all of the duplicate cards when you buy a deck, even for Twist. The exceptions being any Core cards, which are not craftable and which you can’t disenchant anyway
